Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
These are estimates. Carrier delays, weather or customs processing can add time.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The first tracking update can take 3–5 days to appear — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Duties and taxes
All duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay. Nothing extra is collected on delivery.
Delays
If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after shipping, email us at [tu email] and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
Wrong or incomplete address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's incorrect and the package is returned to us, we'll reship once you confirm the correct one. Please double-check before ordering.
Damaged on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
